Hi, I’m Ngozi Nzenwa.

Greetings from a place of love, insight, and positive vibes!

Even though this page is about me, girl, this is really about YOU. I’m here to help you every step of the way.

  • I am a labor and delivery nurse in Los Angeles. I have been delivering babies for over 10 years and I have 4 children of my own. I love to swap stories about all things baby, body, and beyond! My mommy always said that having a child is the most disrespectfully rewarding thing that a woman can do and I never understood it until I had my own. This shit ain’t cute!!! But, I try hard AF to make it look like I do it with ease, a whole lot of God and a little bit of wine.

Remain stressfully blessed with the help of me and my village. We got you!

  • I have a Bachelor’s degree in health science with an international health emphasis. I also have my master’s degree in nursing and public health. I started my nursing career in telemetry and the progressive care unit (PCU/cardiac/step down ICU). After that I completed my labor and delivery internship. I took unit-specific training that includes BLS (basic life support ), ACLS (advanced life support), EFM (electronic fetal monitoring), NRP (neonatal resuscitation program), and AFM, (advanced fetal monitoring). I also take yearly education classes that focus on breastfeeding, maternal mental health, and physiological birth.

  • I have four lovely children - twin girls and two boys. They also love what I do and love to cheer on my families. They’ve started making some of my families (with permission, of course) positive and nurturing affirmation signs to put up in their delivery room. So adorable.
